Welcome to our Stress Reduction Program.
The goal of the Stress Reduction Program begins with self-awareness. Your DHF Movement Coach will send out a personalized invite to our Stress & Well-Being Questionnaire, and your welcome package. The welcome package will include your Stress Reduction Equipment.
Next, after submitting your questionnaire you will be invited to schedule your Zoom or Live session with your coach. During your session you coach will review your Stress Reduction path and go over the details of the program. Your program will be on our HomeFit+ App, which will allow you to access the day to day program designed with full video illustration.
